Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept opened or partially used items. To initiate a return, contact us at luca_buono@aol.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If your treats arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace them at no extra cost—just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. All sale and custom orders are final.
